摘要 | A high-resolution and large-bandwidth spectral analysis is demonstrated utilizing tunable laser and micro-comb. Bandwidth is extended by 100 times up to 2.5 THz with 2-MHz resolution and a high-Q resonator is successfully characterized in L-band. © 2020 OSA. |
