摘要 | Metasurfaces have recently emerged to realize flat optical components with various functions. We propose an all-dielectric metasurfaces which can achieve multifunctional light manipulating. Through the combination of the dynamic phase and the Pancharatnam-Berry phase, independent manipulation of orthogonal circular polarization is achieved.
