| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To improve wiring reliability while shortening an operating time by a method wherein a flexible board on which a conductive pattern has been formed is disposed in a space formed between the exposed part of a heat sink and a metal case. CONSTITUTION:A plate is not only fixed to the exposed face of a heat sink 27 where the lead terminals of component parts are led but also a arranged on the inner wall of a metal case 24 to fix. On the other hand, a lens support member 26 is utilized for positioning when a lens is installed, and a fiber guide 31 and a cable are fitted to the tip of the support member 26. A conductive metal layer 22 of a flexible board 20 is fixed to lead terminals 31 of component parts led to the exposed part of the heat sink 27 through a soldering process, and leads 25 led to the metal case 24 are also fixed through a soldering process at the same time. |
