| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To easily protect a semiconductor laser of this design against optical damage and to make it high in output power by a method wherein the first parts of a heat sink in contact with a resonator adjacent to its end faces are made larger than the second part of the heat sink in contact with the part of the resonator other than the end faces in thermal conductivity or area conducive to thermal conduction. CONSTITUTION:A heat sink 2 is composed of first diamond heat sinks 21 in contact the resonator of a laser chip near its end faces and a second cBN (cubic boron nitride) heat sink 22 which is in contact with the part of the resonator other than the end faces and sandwiched between the heat sinks 2 The first part 21 is made larger than the second part 22 in thermal conductivity or relative area conducive to thermal conduction. |
