| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To prevent a glass from damaging at cap handling time by providing the gap by forming a cylindrical elongated portion oppositely to a semiconductor laser pellet from one end bonded with the glass. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical cap 1 has therein a window 1a, which is provided at deep position from the end 1b of the cap, and a glass 2 is bonded to a frame of the window 1a. When the other end 1c of the cap 1 is contacted fixedly with a stem 4 on which a semiconductor laser pellet 3 is mounted, the pellet 3 is mounted on a position surrounded by the cap 1, the glass 2 and the stem 4. Since a sufficient distance is provided from the end 1b of the cap of 1 to the glass 2, the surface of the glass 2 is not possibly manually contaminated. Thus, when handling the cap, it can prevent the glass from damaging. |
