摘要 | PURPOSE:To output parallel light with high precision by fixing a light source or lens to a fixed frame and fixing a member having a coefficient of thermal expansion different from the fixed frame in the position where the distance between the lens and the light source is more shortened the position where the fixed frame and member are fixed. CONSTITUTION:The light source device consists of a semiconductor laser frame 1 for fixing a semiconductor laser, a heat sink 3 for dissipating heat generated by the semiconductor laser, coupling lens 2 for converting laser light into parallel light, the fixed frame where the semiconductor laser frame 1 and coupling lens 2 are coupled fixedly, thermal-expansion absorbing damper 5 arranged between the coupling lens 2 fixed frame 4 in order to absorb variation in the distance between the coupling lens 2 and and a semiconductor light emission point due to thermal expansion, and adjusting screw 6 for adjusting the position of the coupling lens 2. |
