| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To stabilize radiation of heat which occurs during operation of a laser diode chip by charging liquid, which is inert and high in thermal conductivity and transparent, into a package. CONSTITUTION:A laser diode chip 1 is mounted directly on a stem 3 using a mounting solder 2, and carbon fluoride 5 is filled before sealing and those are sealed with a cap 6. If it is done this way, the heat which occurs when the laser diode chip 1 operates is radiated to the carbon fluoride 5 filled in a package, and is radiated to the outside. Accordingly, since the laser diode chip is mounted directly on the stem without using a heat sink and carbon fluoride is filled in the package, heat radiation is not influenced by composition of the mounting solder or the condition of oxidation. Hereby, heat radiation can be stabilized. |
