摘要 | PURPOSE:To accurately combine laser beams, by detecting the temperature of a light source optical system assembly by a temperature detecting means, and setting the assembly to a predetermined temperature by a temperature controller, thereby controlling the temperature of the assembly. CONSTITUTION:A temperature controller 11 detects the temperature of a light source optical system assembly 9 on the basis of a current value output from a thermistor 10. Further, the controller 11 A/D-converts a current value input from the thermistor 10, samples it, then read it by a CPU, reads a heater driving current value corresponding to the current value from a predetermined memory table, and so operates as to output a heater driving current from a heater driving power source contained therein. Accordingly, the inner or peripheral temperature of the assembly 9 is detected by the thermistor 10 to control the temperature, and the temperature of the assembly 9 can be maintained constantly. Therefore, the relative positional displacements between the source Z and optical systems 3, 4, 5 do not occur, and the combined state of optical beams can be maintained. |
