摘要	PURPOSE:To obtain the excellent physiological characteristic effect of laser beam by the irradiation with laser beam due to a laser oscillation control apparatus system other than the original effect (cleaning effect, massage effect) of a brush by combining a laser beam irradiation effect and the brush in the optimum state. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of laser beam irradiation parts are arranged to the block head 4 of a brush by dividing the respective core wires of an optical fiber cable 5 in bristles 9.... When a laser irradiation switch 18 is turned ON, a timer circuit 12 is driven and, at the same time, a laser irradiation display lamp 19 lights and, by the starting of this timer circuit 12, laser beam is oscillated from a semiconductor laser element 14 through a laser driving circuit 13. Since the current of the semiconductor laser element 14 is detected at this time by a monitor current detection circuit 15, the output beam from the semiconductor laser element 14 is controlled so as to always become constant value. By this method, other than cleaning effect and massage effect being the original effects of the brush, physiological characteristic effect due to the irradiation with laser beam is obtained.
