| 摘要 | An automotive lamp module includes a laser diode, a substrate with the laser diode on the top, a lower heat sink coupled to the bottom of the substrate, an upper heat sink coupled to the top of the substrate and having a light channel disposed through the upper heat sink and in which the laser diode is inserted, and a phosphor disposed in the light channel. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a simple configuration and a compact size and to effectively dissipate heat generated from the laser diode. |
