主权项 | A light-emitting diode illuminating equipment, comprising: a casing having a bottom and N side walls, N first formed-through apertures being provided on the bottom, a respective second formed-through aperture being provided on each of the side walls, N being an integer larger than 2; and N first packaged systems which each corresponds to one of the N side walls and one of the N first apertures, each of the first packaged systems comprising: a first heat-conducting device divided into a neck portion adapted to the corresponding first aperture and the corresponding second aperture, a flat portion at a distal end of the neck portion and a tail end, the first heat-conducting device being inserted through the corresponding second aperture via the neck portion thereof and protruding into the first aperture such that the tail portion of the first heat-conducting device is disposed outside the corresponding side wall; at least one first heat-dissipating fin mounted on a periphery of the tail portion of the first heat-conducting device; a first diode light-emitting apparatus, flatly mounted on the flat portion of the first heat-conducting device, for converting a first electric energy into a first light; wherein a heat generated during the operation of the first diode light-emitting apparatus is conducted by the first heat-conducting device from the flat portion of the first heat-conducting device to the at least one first heat-dissipating fin, and then is dissipated by the at least one first heat-dissipating fin. |
