摘要	A 3.5mm audio plug 50 with built-in LED or laser diode light source 20 is arranged in a hollow tube 10. Two conductive portions 11, 36 and insulating portions 12, 33 are arranged in a predetermined position for supplying power to the light source 20 in order to form a laser pointer or light pen. The pointer may be switched on and off by rotating the body of the pointer. When the audio plug is inserted into the audio jack of an electronic product such as a smartphone, the smartphone can maintain normal output sound thus avoiding missed calls. The audio plug does not protrude much from the electronic product into which it is inserted compared to prior art pointers.
