摘要

Exploiting spontaneous four-wave mixing within an integrated CMOS-compatible microring resonator, we demonstrate the simultaneous generation of multiple time-bin entangled photon pairs, confirmed by quantum interference and state tomography with fidelities above 86%. © OSA 2016.
