摘要	The manufacturing method of the multi-wavelength semiconductor laser device with an excellent mass producibility etc is provided. Second center production forming the second laser tube (2a) and the bonding layer which grooves and which is adjacent to that comprising the metal are made with first center production forming the first laser tube (1a) and the metal adhesive layer comprising the multilayered structure in the semiconductor substrate (SUB1), and the multilayered structure called the miniature than the first laser tube (1a) on the bearing substrate. Waveguides (1b, 2b) are neared and the bonding layer among of first and second center production is welded and the bonding layer among is *** bonding layer (CNT) generated. In that way after first and second laser tubes (1a, 2a) are fixed the bearing substrate is peeled off in the second laser tube (2a). In that way the bonding layer (CNT) is partly exposed. The semiconductor laser device (LD) having the exposed bonding layer (CNT) as the common electrode is manufactured.
