摘要	PURPOSE:To prevent a light beam from deforming with temperature and to improve temperature control efficiency by holding a light source and a collimator lens which converts light emitted by the light into parallel light integrally by a holding member and providing a light source part which is brought under temperature control and a light beam shaping optical system. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor laser 40 is brought under the temperature control of the Peltier element 43. Consequently, the laser operates stably. A temperature-controlled part which includes the light source part is surrounded with a heat insulator and contacts a support cylinder body 10 to small area by an optical axis adjusting screw 1 Therefore, the temperature control efficiency is improved.
