摘要 | PURPOSE:To simplify operation, and to set an optimum temperature in a short time by extracting a temperature range that the degree of variability of optical power is kept within the maximum degree of variability of projecting power and outputting an extracting temperature range. CONSTITUTION:The working temperature ranges TS and TE of a semiconductor laser are set by operating a key from an input section 37. The quantity of a fine temperature change DELTAT changed at every sampling and the maximum degree of variability DELTAPM of desired projecting power are set by operating the key from the same input section 37. When T is made larger than TE, continuous and optimum temperature ranges TA-TB that the degree of variability DELTAP of projecting power is kept concretely within a range of the maximum degree of variability DELTAPM of projecting power are decided through comparison arithmetic processing because the data of projecting power in the working temperature ranges TS-TE are housed in a memory 4 A proper temperature, (TA+TB)/2, in the optimum temperature ranges TA-TB is used as an operation set temperature. |
