摘要 | Transparent dielectric plates (9, 9A) in the form of wedges whose slopes are opposed to each other are opposed to a multiple beam laser (1). Some of the laser beams from the multiple beam laser (1) pass through the two transparent dielectric plates. The rest of the laser beams do not pass through the two transparent dielectric plates. Between the laser beams which do not pass through the two transparent dielectric plates and the laser beams which pass through them, and between the laser beams which pass through the two transparent dielectric plates, there occurs a difference in optical path length between the intersection of each laser beam with a plane orthogonal to all laser beams, and each light emission point. When the transparent dielectric plate (9) is moved in parallel to the opposed surfaces, the optical path length difference can be varied between the laser beams which do not pass through the transparent dielectric plate (9) and the laser beams which pass through them. |
