摘要PURPOSE:To obtain a laser light source adapted for an optical memory in which PHB phenomenon is applied by using a semiconductor laser with a wavelength control electrode and a wavelength filter for passing only a light of specific wavelength to control the wavelength of the laser light to the specific wavelength value.
