摘要	[Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of reducing the man-hours and cost of device manufacture. [Solution] The present invention has: a heater unit 110 for heating the inside of a coherent light transmission/reception device 100; a temperature sensor 120 that measures the internal temperature of the coherent light transmission/reception device 100; and a temperature control unit 130 that controls the heater unit 110 such that the temperature measured by the temperature sensor 120 is within a predetermined range.
