| 摘要 | Disclosed are beam shaping method and device, and laser display light source module and equipment. The beam shaping device includes: a semiconductor laser array (A) including a plurality of single tube light emitting areas; a step mirror (30) is arranged at the side of the light emitting surface of the semiconductor laser array (A) and includes a reflective part (301) for reflecting the light emitted from the semiconductor laser array(A); a plurality of fast axis collimating lenses (311) are arranged between the semiconductor laser array (A) and the step mirror (30) corresponding to the plurality of single tube light emitting areas respectively; and one slow axis collimating lens (312) arranged at the light output side of the step mirror (30). With the device, the cost can be reduced and the focusing becomes more conveniently. |
