摘要A multi-channel source assembly (40) for downhole spectroscopy has individual sources (42) that generate optical signals across a spectral range of wavelengths. A coupler or combining assembly (44) optically combines the generated signals into a combined signal and a routing assembly (46) that splits the combined signal into a reference channel (60) and a measurement channel (50). Control circuitry (48) electrically coupled to the sources (42) modulates each of the sources (42) at unique or independent frequencies during operation.
