摘要

We demonstrate orthogonally polarized RF optical single sideband generation based on integrated dual-polarization-mode microring resonators. A high optical carrier-to-sideband ratio of 59.3 dB and a large RF tuning range of over 20 GHz are achieved. ? 2019 OSA.
