摘要

The lasing characteristics of Nd,Mg:LiTaO3 crystal is demonstrated in this paper. The continuous wave laser spectra can be tuned from 1079.8 nm to 1083.1 nm and 1089.6 nm to 1093.2 nm. By employing a single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) as saturable absorber (SA), the shortest pulse duration of 380 ns under repetition rate of 103 kHz is obtained, corresponding to a single pulse energy of 3.2 mu J (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V.
