摘要	设计了一套轴承特性专用试验装置，并定制了对应的试验方案，用于研究MoS₂镀膜固体润滑轴承在真空条件下热特性，重点研究和分析了在真空条件下，(-40~60)℃范围内，温度变化对轴承热导率及摩擦力矩的影响。试验结果表明：温度变化对轴承热导率影响趋势较简单，随着温度的升高呈单调增加的变化趋势，范围从(0.09~0.20)W/℃，变化幅度达到了122%。而温度变化对轴承摩擦力矩的影响变化趋势比较复杂，随温度的升高呈现出先减小并平缓过渡，随后迅速增加，再减小的变化趋势，范围从(0.054~0.102)Nm，最大变化幅度接近89%；曲线中大约在(-30~20)℃温度范围内存在一段摩擦力矩较小，并且变化平缓的区域，可参考将其作为轴承在实际应用中的温度控制区域。研究结果对MoS₂镀膜固体润滑轴承的航天应用提供重要参考。
其他摘要	A bearing testing equipment was designed, and corresponding testing plan was established, for the study of the thermal property of the MoS₂ solid-lubricated bearing on vacuum environment, and we primarily studied how the thermal conductance and frictional torque of the bearing will change with temperature. And the test results showed that: the relationship between thermal conductance of the bearing and temperature is simple, the thermal conductance of the bearing will rise as temperature rise, range from (0.09~020)W/℃, which exceed 122%. The relationship between frictional torque and temperature is complex, the frictional torque will first decrease slowly, second rise rapidly, and then decrease as temperature rise, range from (0.054~0.102)Nm, the maximal variety almost reaches 89%; and from the cure we can see that among the temperature range from(-30~20)℃, there exist a region that the frictional torque vary softly and the values are low, which can be considered as the thermal control region in practice. The research results provide important reference for the application of MoS₂ solid-lubricated bearing on spaceflight.
