摘要 | We characterize the generation of square waves from a figure-eight laser that incorporates an on-chip nonlinear waveguide. By varying the gain parameters, we show multiple dynamical regimes of operation, hysteretic behavior, and the bistability of CW operation leading to square wave pulses. © 2018 IEEE. |
