摘要A diode-end-pumped passively Q-switched Yb:YAG bulk laser with a single-walled carbon nanotube saturable absorber is presented. A maximum output power of 715 mW has been obtained with a slope efficiency of 15.7%. The minimum pulse width of 88 ns was achieved at a repetition rate of 175 kHz, corresponding to a pulse energy of 4.1 mu J and a peak power of 46.2 W.
