摘要: <p>A sharpness evaluation method based on image edge detection is proposed for the problems of poor real-time, weak anti-interference ability and low sensitivity of the traditional gradient evaluation algorithm in the auto-focusing process of digital image processing. The edge pixel points are extracted from the image using an improved adaptive double-threshold Canny operator based on the idea of variance minimization within the OSTU class, and then the extracted image edge pixel points are evaluated. The evaluation function is based on the characteristics of human visual system, and the adaptability and sensitivity of the evaluation function to multiple direction edges are enhanced by improving the evaluation weights of the SMD function for horizontal and vertical direction edges and combining the advantages of the Roberts function for the evaluation of ±45°direction edges. The experimental results show that the improved edge gradient image sharpness evaluation algorithm proposed in this paper has the advantages of good real-time performance, strong anti-noise capability and high sensitivity. © 2023 SPIE.</p>

摘要: 为了解决目前常用结构的光电自准直仪调试效率低的技术问题,本实用新型提出了一种功能模块化光电自准直仪。本实用新型按狭缝像的调试需求和功能对光电自准直仪进行模块化设计,实现了光电自准直仪光路调试中狭缝像清晰、垂直、居中三个调试环节解耦,使各调节环节互不干扰,调节过程简便,单台光电自准直仪光路调试时间缩短为5min,调试效率提高超10倍。

摘要: 为解决现有狭缝光源使整个光路系统装调费时费力、狭缝端面反射光会向光路系统中引入杂光的问题,本实用新型提出一种具有净化光路功能的免调试狭缝光源模块,包括光源座以及沿光源座的中心轴线依次安装在光源座上的LED光源组件、匀光玻璃和狭缝组件;狭缝组件包括狭缝玻璃和狭缝框;狭缝玻璃呈正方形,其几何中心设有狭缝,狭缝延伸方向与正方形的其中两条边垂直;狭缝框上设置有用于安装狭缝玻璃的安装槽,该安装槽形状与狭缝玻璃形状相适配;在安装槽的四个角处均设有注胶槽;狭缝玻璃的端面与安装槽的配合面,和狭缝框装配面之间的夹角为α,r为狭缝前端光学元件的半径,h为狭缝与狭缝前端光学元件中心的距离。

摘要: <p>针对现有激光起爆系统中检测激光耦合效率低,严重影响光路检测准确性和激光起爆系统可靠性的问题,提出新的激光点火头结构,即在双波长单光纤系统中应用猫眼效应,设计了在两种波长的激光环境下的猫眼反射器。仿真实验表明,采用猫眼反射器结构的激光点火头极大地提高了检测激光的反射光与传输光纤间的耦合效率,并使激光点火头具备了一定的抗装配失调性,从而提高光路检测的准确性。</p>

摘要: <p>水平对抛式原子干涉陀螺以物质波和Sagnac效应为基础,能够对其载体在运动过程中水平方向上产生的角速度及角加速度进行高精度测量。陀螺的物理系统为原子的冷却、囚禁、干涉提供超高真空环境和特定磁场环境,并为激光操控和探测原子态提供光学通路,是陀螺的核心部分。为了实现原子干涉测量并满足高精度测量的需求,在分析原子干涉陀螺运行原理的基础上明确了陀螺物理系统的功能及基本结构,理论分析了物理系统的真空度、磁场等关键指标,然后根据分析和设计结果研制了一套水平对抛式原子干涉陀螺物理系统,测量结果显示真空度可稳定维持在10-8 Pa量级,利用这套系统获得的冷原子团直径约6 mm、原子数量约8×109个、原子温度为12.8μK,满足后续原子干涉测量需求。</p>

摘要: <p>Hypersonic aircraft design is an enabling technology. However, many problems are encountered, including the design of the hood. The aircraft optical dome can become heated due to aerodynamic effects. Since the optical dome of a hypersonic aircraft should satisfy optical imaging requirements, a conventional ablative coating cannot be adopted. The aerodynamic heating characteristics during the whole flight must be studied. In this study, a numerical simulation method for the aerodynamic heat of hypersonic aircraft under long-term variable working conditions is proposed. In addition, the numerical simulation of the external flow field and structure coupling of the aerodynamic heat problem is performed. The dynamic parameters of temperature and pressure are obtained, and the thermal protection basis of the internal equipment is obtained. Numerical results indicate that the average temperature and maximum temperature of the optical dome for inner and outer walls exhibit an M shape with time, with two high-temperature cusps and one low-temperature cusp. The time of average temperature coincides with that of maximum wall temperature. During the flight, the wall pressure changes with time, exhibiting the characteristics of higher temperature at both ends of the flight and lower temperature in the middle. The structural temperature of the hypersonic aircraft is higher than that of the external flow behind the shock wave after 310 s. Therefore, this study provides a reliable reference for the preliminary design and parameter research of optical domes of hypersonic aircraft.</p>

摘要: <p><span style="background-color:#ffffff; color:#000000">光电吊舱在稳像和目标跟踪过程中存在摩擦力矩、不平衡力矩等干扰力矩,从而影响速度环响应精度;另一方面,吊舱视频跟踪器图像传输和处理造成的延迟也会造成跟踪滞后,因此必须进行延时补偿。提出基于预测跟踪的滑模变结构控制方法,采用微分预测跟踪器实现对视频跟踪器的延迟补偿,采用预测跟踪器估计出的目标运动角速率构成自适应补偿参数,以调整滑模变结构控制量,改进的滑模控制算法在补偿干扰力矩的同时抑制了抖振现象。仿真及实验结果表明:改进的控制方法能够有效补偿干扰力矩和跟踪器延迟造成的误差,相对于传统PID控制,其跟踪误差减小为原来的1/3,并且该算法已经在相关系统上得到应用。</span></p>

摘要: <p>In order to improve the anti-disturbance ability of the optoelectronic stabilized platform, an improved active disturbance rejection control algorithm is proposed, which combines LuGre friction model and linear reduced extended state observer. Firstly, LuGre friction model is established to compensate the friction torque of bearing. Then, the friction compensation error and other disturbances are regarded as an extended state, which is estimated by a linear reduced-order extended state observer. The estimated value is fed back to the controller to further compensate the disturbance. The improved ADRC algorithm has superior disturbance rejection ability taking advantage of the accurate compensation of LuGre model and the adaptation of extended state observation. Experimental results show that the improved algorithm can well suppress external interferences and significantly improve the ability of anti-interference and tracking response of the system. © 2021 IEEE.</p>

摘要: <p>Starting from the collimated beam to be solved by the lighting system, based on the Gaussian optical theory, the transformation of Gaussian beam through the lens is deduced, the principle of large magnification collimating and expanding beam system is analyzed, and the design of collimating and expanding beam system changing the laser beam diameter and divergence angle is realized.
